Trust in God , Lean not on your own understanding

Remember your power in the Spirit
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

*SOUND MIND, and you need to protect that. If you notice your mindset is shifting to the wrong direction, toward anger and fear, you’re focusing on the wrong thing. More God, sitting in his presence as well praying and less focus on the challenges as well as defeating mountains around you. Your strength comes from the Lord not despair.
